Construction Process

Step 1 Preparation

A sprayer is all you need. Stir the passivation agent thoroughly before use. The standard application rate is 0.2-0.25 kg/m, depending on the sprayer type, concrete texture, and surface smoothness.

Step 2 Concrete Inspection

After the concrete surface is finished, spraying should be done before final setting. The indicator: touch the concrete surface - if it doesn't stick to your hand, it's ready.

Step 3 Spraying

Pour the SURFACE DEACTIVATOR into the sprayer or container. Keep the nozzle 30-60 cm from the working surface. Spray evenly from left to right until the agent color completely covers the original concrete color.

Step 4 Cleaning the Slurry

After the SURFACE DEACTIVATOR has taken effect (approximately 10-18 hours in summer, 12-20 hours in winter), use a soft brush to start scrubbing the cement paste from the concrete surface.
