Salesforce Agent-Readiness Assessment Offered Free to 13 Companies as Clavera Opens Design-Partner Program

DALLAS-FORT WORTH, TX - July 7, 2026 - Clavera, a Salesforce agent-readiness firm, today opened a design-partner program offering 13 companies a free, read-only assessment of what an AI agent would inherit inside their Salesforce org - the automations it could trigger, the permission paths it could travel, and the data-quality problems it would act on - before any agent goes live.

The program arrives as companies rush to deploy Agentforce and other AI agents into orgs that few have fully mapped. In Salesforce's own 2025 research, 55% of IT leaders said they were not fully confident they had the guardrails in place to deploy AI agents, and 48% doubted their data foundation was ready. Technical debt, meanwhile, ranks as the single hardest problem Salesforce administrators face, cited by 56% of them in industry surveys - even as three in four organizations expect to put AI agents to work within two years.

That gap is the problem Clavera was built to close. When an AI agent is granted access to a Salesforce org, it inherits everything already inside it: years of accumulated automations, permission grants, and inconsistent data that no one person can fully see within - what is safe to automate, and what needs fixing first.

Under the design-partner program, each participant receives the full read-only Agent-Readiness X-Ray of one org, a map of the automations and permission paths an agent would inherit, over-privilege and data-quality risks graded by evidence, an Agentforce cost forecast built on their actual org rather than a benchmark, and a 45-minute walkthrough of the findings. In return, Clavera
asks only for the participant's honest feedback on the assessment. The scan is strictly read-only; Clavera never writes to a participant's org.

"We'd rather prove the assessment on real orgs than talk about it," Inayat said. "That's why the first thirteen are free. You get the full read; we get your honest reaction to it."

The program is aimed at small and mid-market companies that have run on Salesforce for years - the kind of org that accreted through many admins and consultants - and is best suited to teams where someone in IT or operations owns the org and can act on what the assessment finds. Spots are limited to 13, and some have already been claimed.
