Heidi Krauss, an entrepreneur from Untersteinach, has received multiple awards for her achievements in public speaking competition

The founder of AKAWA and CEO of the Mindfeed Institute impressed the audience at the International Speaker Slam with her message about the power of the unconscious mind and inner transformation. Making the unconscious--which is intangible to us--more understandable and embodying it helps her participants from all over the world lead easier lives by giving them new perspectives on the issues they face in daily life.

During her studies in Konstanz and Madrid, she explored topics such as NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and the linguistic structures that shape our consciousness and beliefs. Her interest in the subject was also reflected in the academic articles she published in international journals. In a preliminary discussion, she told other experts: "The only difficulty in this field of work is the fact that we're talking about something for which, in part, there are no words yet. Thus, it can neither be verbalized nor digitized, but it can be perceived and embodied." In the long term, she sees this fact as the decisive advantage humans have over artificial intelligence. She made it clear that this aspect should also be integrated into everyday life and that it requires a rethinking of the structures that surround us.

Heidi Krauss was honored on July 2, 2026, at the International Speaker Slam in Mastershausen for her outstanding expertise in integrative consciousness work. Competing against a field of over 120 participants from 21 nations, she stood out with her presentation, which inspired the audience to recognize and harness invisible potential for a more fulfilling life.

At the International Speaker Slam--a public speaking competition modeled after popular poetry slams--experts from around the world compete against one another. Each speaker has only four minutes to convince the audience and a panel of expert judges of their message--a format that demands the utmost precision and emotional impact. Heidi Krauss succeeded in leaving a lasting impression in this highly competitive field. With her talk on the visible and invisible aspects of reality, she struck a chord. She did not speak about abstract theories, but conveyed in a tangible and authentic way how becoming aware of hidden patterns and beliefs leads to profound personal transformation.

In a subsequent discussion, she reiterated that these unconscious, invisible aspects have a strong influence on our being and our actions in everyday life. Through deeper awareness, we achieve greater coherence and inner balance.

She was also nominated for the 111 Personal Brand Award with AKAWA, which will be given to her in November at the Bayrischer Hof in Munich.

She previously received this award in 2025 alongside other renowned figures, such as business mentor and author Dirk Kreuter, best-selling author Karin Kuschik, and musician and entrepreneur Joey Kelly.

Commenting on the nomination, the entrepreneur said: "This is a team effort that we could only have achieved together. I'd especially like to thank the entire AKAWA team and all the participants who are on this journey with us." AKAWA is not a word in the traditional sense. It is a frequency pattern (visible on the logo at www.akawa.world) consisting of seven triangles. This frequency-based work is unlike anything seen before, as it helps participants be more present in their lives, maintain greater focus, and resolve their blockages more quickly at deeper levels. "This isn't a promise--it's a fact," she said in another conversation with event participants. "Anyone who doesn't want change shouldn't come to us. But anyone who is truly ready to change is welcome anytime."
