The module is built into the platform, so a hiring team can select candidates from a shortlist, choose a competency such as Node.js, generate a test in minutes and review scored results candidate by candidate in one place. It is available to subscribers across the platform's five core Southeast Asian markets, including Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, the Philippines and Singapore.

The workflow runs in four steps. An employer selects candidates from an existing shortlist, picks the competencies to evaluate, sends the assessment, and reviews each result individually. Because the tests are generated and scored inside High Five, hiring teams compare candidates on the exact skills a role requires rather than on how a resume is written.
