Proprietary EB rating system: Objective, hands-on testing that scores each provider on a strict 0-10 scale across ten essential operational categories, including compliance, security, pricing transparency, integrations, and user experience.

Direct client conversations: Regular, direct interviews with active HR teams managing international talent to assess real-world performance versus promotional promises.

Rankings are determined by a weighted system across four core pillars: Entry Pricing (40%), Country Coverage (25%), Support Quality based on real client interviews (20%), and Platform Depth (15%). Crucially, the process includes direct feedback from active HR teams using the software.
