has launched a new multi-language digital platform available in Spanish,
Portuguese, English, and Turkish across eight international markets: Mexico,
Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Peru, the United States, Turkey, and International.

The new platform at innovakglobal.com serves as a comprehensive resource for

in our 30+ markets to have direct access to our technologies and the science
behind them," said Luis Román Medina, CEO of Innovak Global.

Three Proprietary Patented Technologies

Innovak Global's portfolio is built on three technologies developed and patented
over decades of field research:

ECCA Carboxy® - An internationally patented ecotechnology based on Carboxy
Aromatic Compounds (CAC) with organic certification. The only biostimulant with
proven biological effects across three axes: plant nutrition, abiotic stress
management (drought, heat, salinity), and structural crop reinforcement. Developed
in collaboration with the University of Arkansas.

RDR (Root Dynamic Regulation) - A technology platform focused on the root and
its rhizospheric environment. Operates across five domains: soil conditioning,
root stress reduction, root activation, rhizospheric environment improvement,
and root health.

PFenergy® - A precision biostimulation platform based on high-bioavailability
polyphenols. Enhances metabolic, root, and rhizospheric activity for higher
yield and fruit quality, especially in high-value fruits and vegetables.

Global Presence and Market-Specific Solutions

With subsidiaries in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Peru, the United States,
and Turkey, Innovak Global provides tailored biorational solutions for more than
40 crops including corn, wheat, cotton, avocado, grape, tomato, strawberry,
citrus, sugarcane, asparagus, and blueberry.

Recent market expansions include the launch of Kresko® in Brazil - a
cytokinin-based hormonal regulator with an exclusive registration for cotton
crops - and Haddak Plus®, a specialized solution for crops under El Niño
climate stress in Peru, Colombia, and Central America.
