Actress Tal Anderson Celebrates Individuality in New Children's Picture Book Oh, Tal! Not Like That
Oh, Tal! Not Like That, the newest children's picture book from autistic actor, filmmaker, and writer Tal Anderson, has officially been released through Violet Sky Media. Beautifully illustrated by award-winning Hollywood artist Michael Richey White, this heartfelt and humorous story reminds young readers that there is more than one "right" way to learn, create, and be themselves.
In the second book of the Oh, Tal! series, Tal and the family cat, Winnie, head off to school ready for a brand-new adventure. But Tal quickly discovers that classrooms often expect children to follow directions the same way and do things uniformly. Tal, however, sees the world differently and approaches things in her own creative style. As teachers and classmates attempt to show Tal the "right way" to do things, everyone eventually learns an important lesson about individuality, authenticity, and accepting differences.
