Consent Resolve, LLC today announced the launch of its consent-first website visitor identification platform

Consent Resolve, LLC today announced the launch of its consent-first website visitor identification platform built specifically for home-service contractors. The platform identifies anonymous website visitors and converts them into exclusive, consent-verified leads, giving contractors a way to reach homeowners who have actually opted in - rather than buying shared or cold lists.
Unlike traditional lead-generation services that resell the same lead to multiple businesses, Consent Resolve delivers each lead to a single contractor at a flat $7 per lead, with no subscription and no long-term contract.

The platform is built around privacy compliance from the ground up. Its two-tier consent architecture distinguishes email-grade from phone-grade consent, and the system is designed to align with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and U.S. state privacy laws - an increasingly urgent concern for contractors as enforcement of consent and data-privacy rules expands. Consent Resolve serves contractors across 17 home-service trades, including plumbing, HVAC, roofing, electrical, and landscaping.

"Home-service contractors have been stuck choosing between expensive shared leads that five competitors are calling at the same time, and cold lists that put their license at risk," said Andy Mentges, CEO and co-founder of Consent Resolve. "We built the opposite of that - leads they own, consent they can document, and a price they can actually understand."

"Every other player in this space is trying to get you more data," said Aaron Phillips, CMO and co-founder. "We started with the question of what a homeowner actually agreed to, and built the product backward from consent. That's the whole company."

A new martech company, Consent Resolve, just launched a lead platform built around an unusual premise: instead of collecting more visitor data, it's built backward from what a homeowner actually consented to. It uses a two-tier consent model (email-grade vs. phone-grade) and is designed to keep contractors on the right side of the TCPA and state privacy laws - at a moment when consent enforcement is tightening.
