The double-jacketed glass reactor design features an outer glass jacket through which temperature-controlled fluid is circulated from an external temperature control unit. This circulation maintains uniform thermal conditions throughout the inner reaction vessel, enabling controlled synthesis, crystallization, and extraction processes at precise temperature setpoints across a range of -20°C to +200°C.

K-JHIL Scientific's systems are built using borosilicate glass 3.3, a laboratory grade material that provides high thermal shock resistance, chemical compatibility with corrosive acids, alkaline solutions, and organic solvents, and full optical transparency for unobstructed real-time process monitoring. Three principal system configurations are offered. The laboratory glass reactor is a benchtop unit for volumes from 5 to 10 litres, suited to R&D synthesis and academic research. The pilot scale reactor covers 10 to 30 litres with automated temperature and agitation control for process development and scale-up validation. The industrial glass reactor supports continuous processing for commercial manufacturing with full instrumentation and safety interlock systems.
