NEURO IMPACT COACH (R) Coaching Training: Neuroscience and Personality Assessment Converge

As the trade journal Coaching-Magazin summarizes in its series of articles on neuroscience for coaching practice, neuroscientific findings demonstrably enhance the effectiveness of coaching. This is where the new session of the NEURO IMPACT COACH (R) Advanced Edition training program comes in, which the Academy for Applied Neuroscience (A|F|A|N) is launching in September 2026 in collaboration with the Swiss company Haller Diagnostics AG. This neuroscience-based coaching training program is designed for experienced professionals in coaching, training, and leadership development.

Coaches who understand how stress, motivation, and self-regulation function neurobiologically can implement more precise interventions. Nevertheless, the neuroscientific foundation in many training programs falls far short. Traditional coaching training programs often oscillate between therapy-oriented approaches and a collection of tools, without consistently applying the leverage of neuroscience.

The NEURO IMPACT COACH (R) advanced coaching training program closes precisely this gap. It combines the BRAIN FOR BUSINESS (R) training program with the HD-PE personality assessment developed by Prof. Dr. Bruno Haller. Participants gain a neurobiological foundation in stress, motivation, learning, decision-making, and leadership. At the same time, they work with a diagnostic toolkit that makes individual personality patterns structurally visible based on established models such as the Big Five and novel approaches like Growth Mindset (Carol Dweck) and Giver vs. Taker (Adam Grant), to name just three of the seven models used.

The coaching training program, which incorporates neuroscience and personality diagnostics, comprises 31.5 hours, including 15.5 hours of asynchronous e-learning and 16 hours of synchronous online workshops. The program kicks off with a kick-off session led by Uli Funke on September 26, 2026. This is followed by additional online sessions on October 31 and November 28, 2026. Afterward, participants will complete the HD-PE questionnaire, followed by an individual evaluation session with Bruno Haller. A joint final workshop with Bruno Haller will take place on January 9, 2027. The training program concludes with the Advanced NEURO IMPACT COACH (R) certificate.

BRAIN FOR BUSINESS (R) was reviewed by the BDVT Academy in 2025 and awarded the E-Learning Seal. The HD-PE personality assessment used in the training program is based on scientifically established models such as the Big Five. Uli Funke and Bruno Haller are co-authors of the book "Der Leadership Impact Code," which has been available in bookstores everywhere since May.

Registration for the Advanced Edition of the coaching training program in neuroscience and personality diagnostics is now open.
