BCI, BPO Certification Institute Inc., the world’s leading BPO standards body has completed the rigorous process of appointing Qingdao-based WNR as its exclusive Chartered CTP partner for China. Qingdao Weinuor Digital Technology Company Co., Ltd (WNR) is into digital animation and technology training and has established a global-quality infrastructure for offering BPO training and Certification solutions to the Chinese BPO industry. “We are confident of establishing the highest of BPO training benchmarks here in China. With BCI’s active assistance and global knowledge-base, we should be able to produce worldclass BPO talents for the rapidly growing Chinese BPO Industry” said Mr. Lvbing, Business Manager of WNR Technologies and head, WBA -WNR BPO Academy.

On its part, BCI is sending a hi-power two member team to Qingdao for kickstart operations. “We hope to set up worldclass Qualification and human competence standards for the Chinese BPO industry and professionals, because that’s the only way they can prove their global competitiveness and attract more tier 1 clients.” Contends Sanjeeva Shukla, the Head of the BCI’s Partner Validation Council for Asia Pacific markets.
