Customer Challenge: Difficult Automotive Fastener Defect Detection
The customer produces high-precision automotive fasteners for the automotive parts industry. During mass production, they faced several common but difficult inspection problems:

* Minor dents and scratches

These defects were very small and difficult to identify through manual inspection. Because of long working hours and high production speed, manual sorting could not guarantee stable inspection results.
The customer had previously tested other optical sorting systems, but the detection accuracy was not stable enough for complex fastener defects.
