Teams of 2 to 10 European engineers can be assembled in 2 to 4 weeks and operate under the client's direct management.

What the service includes
CQUELLE's Dedicated Development Team engagement covers the full team lifecycle:
Discovery and scoping in week 1 - a technical session covering architecture, deployment pipeline, code review process, testing expectations and communication preferences, followed by a team composition proposal with recommended roles, seniority levels and a projected timeline.
Team assembly and vetting in weeks 2-3 - candidates from CQUELLE's existing talent bench or recruited specifically for the client's stack, each going through technical screening, a code review exercise and a culture-fit assessment. The client conducts the final interviews and makes the hiring decision.
Onboarding and integration from week 4 onwards - the team joins the client's standups, uses the client's tools, and ships against the client's roadmap.
Ongoing development and scaling with monthly capacity adjustments and no penalties for scaling down.
All intellectual property and source code remain with the client from day one.
Pricing and engagement model
CQUELLE has published its dedicated-team pricing publicly, which is uncommon in the European software outsourcing market. European developers in the model range from €3,500 to €7,000 per month per developer, depending on seniority and role. The published cost is typically 30-40% of comparable in-house staffing in Western Europe and the United States, accounting for salaries, benefits, office space, equipment and recruitment fees.
Management overhead - account management, HR, infrastructure and retention - is included in the rate. There are no separate fees for scaling the team up or down.
European time zone coverage
Engineering teams operate in CET and EET time zones, providing same-day overlap with both European business hours and the US East Coast morning. CQUELLE notes that the service is not designed for short, fixed-scope projects of 2-3 months, for which a fixed-price engagement is usually more efficient.

The Dedicated Development Team service is currently used by companies building payment systems, banking platforms, patient management systems, telehealth platforms, learning management systems, policy management and claims processing tools. The teams work with PCI DSS, HIPAA and GDPR requirements where the client's product requires them.
