London, 21.05.2008 (DV) – D’Votion will close there MySpace Page (URL: myspace.com/dvotion2007) by the end of June 2008. A new representation will be online under http://www. myspace.com/dvrnb

D’ Votion (DV) are an RNB & Hip Hop Trio from the UK. Three soulful Brothers by the names of Paul (aka. Mr. Smith), John (aka. T) and Charles (aka. C.Zee) Smith. Recognised on the underground as the new RNB sensations. The 3 Devoted Brothers look set to break down barriers and push their sound in Europe and the U.S.A with the full support of their promotional team, “Team DV” and D’Votion Music (including international DJs, producers, etc.).

2008 is destined to be DVotions break through year, as various projects, singles and feature appearances are earmarked for release, as well as a promotional tour during the year. The debut album "DV.I.P." is finished, all tracks are mixed and mastered and ready to release. The artwork for the single releases and the album release have to be finished and publishing and marketing partners have to be found.

D’Votion are three soulful Brothers Paul (29), John (27) and Charles (22) Smith. Joy, Euphoria and Passion all this and more can be felt in the powerful songs of the UK R&B Super group D’Votion. With over 200 songs written D’Votions soulful roots and techniques have festered into an arsenal of classic song writing, vocal performances and contemporary production.

Formed in 1999 D’Votion have already featured on 4 UK Underground Mix Tapes. These slickly executed mix tapes were distributed from London to New York and amongst other credits, gained a top review (4/5) in RWD magazine (Oct 2004 issue) - Word of Mouth Vol. 1, Vol. 2 & Vol. 3 (PGS Recordings, UK) Toppp Shotta Mix CD Vol. 1 (ToppaTop Records, UK). 2004 D’Votion had a public appearance at BBC West Midlands Today in a feature about the advancement of the british singer Jamelia. In April 2005 “Dope Groove“ was released by Vintage Records Italy. In the year 2006 DV was been on several mixtapes and mix-cds like for example DJ Teddy-O’s Mix-CD (Germany/ Beat Selection/ JAM FM/ Rocawear).

2007 DV were featured on the US-Mixtape „No Time to Practice” by DJ K-Dot with the Promo-Song „Girls Gone Wild“ as well as Promo Mix Tape “Chocolate Box Vol.1” by D’Votion mixed by DJ Shane (UK). Goldie Lox feat. D'Votion “Dope Groove”. On October 13. 2007 the R&B Group D’Votion has entered the DJ League Promo Pool straight in at Number 1 with a promo version of the new single track “A Thousand Times”. Feature on DJ Teddy-O’s mixtape Volume Melissa as well as on Groove Mag. (Italy) Sampler #38. Track on United Bassline (Ministry of Sound), Release on Gridlock Records with the tracks “Ooh Girl” and “Players”. 2008 promo feature on DJ League Exxclusive Mixtape Vol. 1 mixed by DJ Mister B. (Italy).

D’Votion have been receiving airplay on commercial and underground radio stations around Europe since 2001 most recently with www.jamfm.de and blackjam-radio.com. DV have wowed audiences all over the World, including support for Daddy Freddy, Wayne Wonder & Million Dan, plus many others.
