Precision FM Renews Cosentino Contract, Strengthening Its

Precision Facilities Management has secured a three-year renewal of its facilities management contract with Cosentino, extending a partnership that began in May 2023 and reinforcing its operational presence in Scandinavia.

The agreement covers Cosentino's Scandinavian sites and will see Precision FM continue to deliver a full range of hard and soft facilities management services, including cleaning, pest control, fire safety systems, air conditioning maintenance, and critical asset servicing.

Cosentino operates in more than 80 countries and is recognised globally for its high-performance, sustainable surfaces used across architectural and design-led environments. Its international network of showrooms and close relationships with architects, designers and fabricators place a strong emphasis on consistency of standards across locations.

Over the past three years, Precision FM's relationship with Cosentino has developed through integrated service delivery across multiple sites, often requiring coordination across different operational environments and local requirements. The renewal reflects consistent performance over that period, maintaining service continuity across a diverse and evolving portfolio.

The partnership also provided Precision FM with its entry into the Scandinavian market, establishing a presence through delivery rather than expansion-led intent. By aligning services with Cosentino's regional footprint, the business has been able to extend its operations into a new geography while maintaining the same standards expected across existing sites.

This approach reflects a broader growth model within the business, one that prioritises service continuity and operational consistency as clients expand their geographic reach. The renewed agreement demonstrates Precision FM's ability not only to mobilise services internationally, but to sustain them over time across multiple locations.

Precision FM operates in line with ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 and 45001 standards, alongside Alcumus SafeContractor Gold accreditation, and has been recognised as a Global 100 award winner. These frameworks support the governance, compliance and operational structure required to deliver facilities management services across sites and regions.

Brij Thankey said:
"This renewal reflects a relationship built over time through consistent delivery. Operating across different regions brings its own challenges, but the expectation remains the same, to maintain standards at every site and support our clients as their operations evolve."

The renewed agreement marks the continuation of Precision FM's presence in Scandinavia, with growth shaped by delivery, sustained over time, and aligned with its clients' operational needs.
