Adecco Appoints Betul Genc as SVP & Country Head of Australia & New Zealand

Adecco has appointed Betul Genc as Senior Vice President and Country Head for Adecco Australia and New Zealand. In this role, Genc has exclusive responsibility for the Adecco business across both markets, leading strategy, performance and growth while supporting clients and candidates through a rapidly evolving world of work.

Genc brings more than 20 years of experience with Adecco, having progressed from an operational recruitment role into senior executive leadership. Her career spans multiple international markets and combines a strong global perspective with practical, on‐the‐ground understanding of what businesses and jobseekers need to succeed in fast‐moving labour markets.
