Stefanie Lambert Prevails Again Against Michigan's AG
Attorney Peter Ticktin's client prevails once again against Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel for attorney Stefanie Lambert, knocking out the third of Nessel's four attacks, leaving just one more to quash."Three down, one to go," said Ticktin.
Ms. Lambert was local counsel to Sidney Powell on the Detroit 2020 Election case. There, Judge Linda Parker, an Obama appointee, granted what was alleged to be a frivolous motion by the Michigan Attorney General for sanctions. The judge and the Michigan Attorney General made a judicial bar complaint against Lambert who won both of the initial attacks in the United States 6th Circuit Court of Appeals and the Michigan Bar Association.
The third attack by the Michigan Attorney General was a criminal case she brought based on Electronic Poll-Book Information after the 2020 Presidential Election. This was brought because Ms. Lambert was representing the Clerk of Adams Township who was refusing to destroy her Poll-Book data. The case was based on the information being supposedly confidential.
Last week, Judge Sara Lisnayi of the District Court in Hillsdale County, Michigan, dismissed the criminal case launched against Ms. Lambert after the 2020 Presidential Election because, contrary to the claims by the Michigan Attorney General, the statute did not state that the information was confidential. The case was dismissed as a matter of law.
This raises the question of why the Michigan Attorney General laid the criminal charges which, of course, stopped Ms. Lambert from making any further disclosures. What was the Michigan Secretary of State hiding?" asked Ticktin.
During the election each precinct keeps a record of which people voted. This is kept in a "Poll-Book." After the votes are in, all data then is transmitted from each county to the state. So, the records of each county should be the same as the data of the state. Unfortunately, that was not the case for Hillsdale County, Michigan.
There, eight weeks prior to the election, Jonathan Brater, of the Michigan Bureau of Elections with the Secretary of State's office increased the number of people on the Voter Rolls by approximately 700,000. Those added names were used, and the number of voters listed by the state were 11 1⁄2% more for Hillsdale County than Hillsdale County had, itself.
This conflict showed that there was a manipulation of the election in Hilldale County, Michigan that was supposed to have been hidden, as the Clerk of Hillsdale County, Stephanie Scott, was ordered to destroy her records. When she and her attorney, Stefanie Lambert, refused, they were charged with criminal offenses. For doing her job as an attorney, Lambert could have been imprisoned for up to 15 years, notwithstanding her innocence and her bravery to tell the truth to the public.
The conflict between the data of the state and the data of the county was so important to keep secret that it caused a lawfare attack on an effective and innocent lawyer because it proved that major cheating had occurred in the Presidential Election. It was real evidence of manipulation of election data at the state level after certification at the local level.
Ms. Lambert has one more charge against her stemming from the election. There, the Michigan Attorney General had her charged with unduly possessing election equipment. Like the charges in Hillsdale County, the charges in Oakland County are bogus. Again, the case in Oakland is made up of charges which were manufactured for Ms. Lambert. The trial judge, Jeffrey Mattis, agreed with the prosecution that the definition of "unduly" is to possess equipment without consent of the Secretary of State or a valid court order. Fortunately, the Michigan Court of Appeals is reviewing the jury instruction prior to trial, and it is likely that the Court of Appeals will agree that the jury instruction is simply wrongfully made-up.
When that happens, says Ticktin, the case will be dismissed, as "Ms. Lambert did nothing wrong."
