Products from the brand's debut Phase 1 collection are also available on its official direct-to-consumer website, xabarwan.com, making XABARWANTM accessible to customers across India through five platforms from day one.

The launch represents more than a product release. It is the culmination of months of brand development, manufacturing setup, platform onboarding, and trademark registration, driven by a singular vision-to bring Kashmir's cultural voice into the mainstream Indian streetwear conversation.

XABARWAN draws its name and identity from the Zabarwan Range, one of the most iconic natural landmarks of the Kashmir Valley. The name is derived from two Kashmiri words-"Xabar," meaning news or awareness, and "Wan," referring to a traditional marketplace or bazaar. Together, XABARWAN represents a space where Kashmir's stories are shared, its culture is expressed, and its identity is worn with pride.

The brand's visual identity is built around Kashmiri cultural references. The XABARWAN icon features a solid polygon representing a mountain peak-a reference to the Zabarwan range-with a hidden "X" embedded in the negative space. This reflects the brand's philosophy: rooted in Kashmir, yet designed for the streets of every city in India. Every design decision, from the Kashmiri Gold colour palette to the Cormorant Garamond italic typography, reflects a commitment to cultural authenticity.

The debut Phase 1 collection features premium heavyweight oversized T-shirts across three fabric tiers. The first tier includes 260 GSM stone-wash fabric, positioned as the premium offering, available in Stone Wash Black, Bottle Green, and Brown. The second tier includes 240 GSM French Terry fabric, the core product line, available in Black, Off-White, Olive, Brown, and Airforce Blue. The third tier includes 210 GSM cotton fabric, designed for volume and marketplace reach, available in Black, White, Beige, Brown, and Maroon.

Phase 1 includes 1000+ SKUs and 5000+ units. All products follow a consistent oversized fit with drop shoulders and extended lengths. Pricing ranges from ₹999 to ₹3,599, with MRP between ₹1,999 and ₹4,999, positioning XABARWAN as a premium yet accessible brand in the Indian streetwear market.

All products are manufactured using in-house DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing technology and Hand Embroidery , ensuring control over print quality, colour accuracy, and production timelines. Fabrics are sourced from Tiruppur, one of India's leading textile hubs, ensuring consistency across all units.

Looking ahead, Phase 2 will introduce 380 GSM heavyweight hoodies, expanded colourways, and new designs inspired by Kashmiri motifs, architecture, and poetry. The company is also planning international expansion, with the UAE identified as the first target market.
