Kaase Atelier ceramic plate painting workshop - Istanbul, April 2026

Kaase Atelier ceramic plate painting workshop - Istanbul, April 2026

Handmade ceramic mug and tableware brand Kaase Atelier is inviting ceramic enthusiasts to a hands-on plate painting workshop on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Atölye Golub in Istanbul's Etiler neighborhood.

Participants will decorate a 30 cm bisque-fired, sanded porcelain plate with a design of their own choosing. All materials, brushes, glazes, and kiln firing are included in the session. Finished plates will be fired at 1050 degrees Celsius and can be picked up from Atölye Golub after the firing process is complete. The session is limited to 6 participants only, keeping the experience personal, focused, and hands-on for everyone involved.

Kaase Atelier produces handmade Limoges porcelain tableware and ceramic mugs in small batches at its Istanbul studio. Each piece is hand-cast with Limoges porcelain clay and fired at 1250 degrees Celsius. The brand offers three core collections - Macaron, Dots and Stripes, and Art Series - and is widely recognized for its lead-free, food-safe glazes and non-toxic coloring. Every piece is unique, with slight natural variations in color and pattern that reflect the handmade character of the work. This workshop reflects the same hands-on philosophy behind every ceramic mug and plate Kaase Atelier produces.

Adopting a French Riviera style pattern and color scale, Kaase Atelier creates sustainable, timeless designs that combine Limoges porcelain quality with everyday functionality. The studio is based in the Etiler district of Istanbul, Turkey, and ships its handmade tableware and ceramic mugs internationally.
