The launch addresses a long-standing gap in the HR software market: existing 360 degree feedback platforms either price small teams out (Lattice, Culture Amp, Leapsome typically charge 5 to 19 euro per user per month, with annual contract minimums of 4,000 to 6,000 dollars) or rely on generic survey tools (Google Forms, Typeform) that lack 360-specific workflow, anonymity guarantees, and aggregation logic. A key technical differentiator is what KS-Agents calls architectural anonymity: the platform enforces aggregation thresholds (minimum 3 raters per category) and processes open-ended responses through AI thematic synthesis rather than displaying verbatim quotes. Generic survey tools rely on procedural anonymity, a policy promise, which can be broken in small teams where the response pattern itself reveals identity.
