VEXBE Launches Proprietary ATS Network 'VEXBE ATS' to Expand Access to Tokenized Securities via STO
VEXBE, a leading fintech company, today announced the launch of its proprietary Alternative Trading System (ATS) network, 'VEXBE ATS,' designed to serve tokenized securities issuers, intermediaries, and investors. The independently developed platform aims to enhance market accessibility and liquidity for tokenized assets through Security Token Offerings (STO).
VEXBE ATS enables tokenized securities listed on a single ATS to be accessed across other networked ATS platforms, while each platform maintains full control over its matching engine, settlement processes, and compliance protocols. This innovative approach moves beyond traditional siloed ATS models, creating a more open and interoperable market environment.
"Tokenized securities can only realize their full potential when they are not confined to a single platform," said VEXBE CEO. "VEXBE ATS provides the critical infrastructure connecting ATS platforms, allowing tokenized assets and liquidity to flow freely while preserving each ATS's independence. This network-based approach is essential for building a scalable and efficient tokenized securities market."
In its initial phase, VEXBE ATS will focus on internal connectivity, enabling network participants to access tokenized securities listed on other ATS platforms while testing core routing and integration technologies. Future phases will expand the network to additional ATS platforms and liquidity providers, further enhancing accessibility and liquidity across the tokenized securities market.
