Visualping Expands API Access for All Users Across Every Plan

VANCOUVER, B.C. - April 16, 2026 - Visualping, the world's leading website change detection platform used by teams at 85% of Fortune 500 companies, has expanded API acess to all users, including free and Personal plan users. Now, any Visualping user can generate API keys and start building integrations using Visualping's web change data.

When Visualping launched self-serve API key management earlier in April 2026, it was exclusive to Business plan subscribers. Now, individual users and teams on any plan can tap into the same developer tools, no upgrade required.

Any Visualping user can navigate to Account Settings right Developer to create a working API key in under a minute. As before, each key is configurable with a label, a scope (organization-wide or a single workspace), an access level (read-only or read-write), and an expiration window ranging from 30 days to no expiration. Keys are shown once on creation and can be revoked or replaced at any time.

The open API access also pairs with Visualping's Claude skill, available free on GitHub, which lets users interact with Visualping through natural language prompts. Users can ask Claude to set up a monitor, pull recent changes, or pause a job, and Claude handles the API calls automatically.
