US Navy Veteran Ransom Announces DOJ Default in Federal Tort Case Over Forensic Fraud

ATLANTA, GA - Today, US Navy War Veteran Kyle Martin Ransom announced that the Department of Justice (DOJ) has entered into legal default in the federal civil action Ransom v. United States of America et al (Case No: 1:25-cv-04557-JPB) currently before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

The default occurred on April 10, 2026, after the DOJ failed to respond to a critical Motion to Compel the production of unredacted "Native Records" and VBMS audit logs. These records are central to allegations of systemic 94.6% rating math fraud and identity fabrication within internal VA systems.

The "Sunday Shadow Records" Discovery Following the legal default, Veteran Ransom discovered a stunning act of administrative manipulation on Sunday, April 12, 2026. Forensic timestamps reveal that a manual override was executed to enroll Ransom-a lifelong domestic resident of Johns Creek, Georgia-into the Foreign Medical Program (FMP) based in Spring City, Pennsylvania.

"The DOJ defaulted on Friday, and by Sunday morning, it was discovered the VA was attempting to 'offshore' my medical jurisdiction to a foreign program I never applied for," said Kyle Martin Ransom. "This is a bad-faith jurisdictional hijack intended to hide forensic evidence from the Federal Court. I have officially revoked this fraudulent enrollment."

Forensic Receipts Locked Veteran Ransom has secured forensic receipts proving that the VA's Foreign Medical Program office received his formal rejection at 8:06 AM on April 13, 2026. The matter remains under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Board of Veterans' Appeals (Docket No: 250926-593364).

Ransom is now moving for an Entry of Order in Federal Court to force the production of the native metadata the DOJ is currently withholding. "Fraud vitiates everything it touches," Ransom added. "A default in a case involving forged identities and falsified math is a forensic admission."
