On March 14, the delegation traveled to Anhua in Yiyang to observe the operation of an Asphalt Plant [https://www.rtzkglobal.com/asphalt-plant/] model 3015. They then proceeded to Xiangtan for a close-up look at the exceptional performance of an integrated asphalt plant model 4020. The Inner Mongolian team returned for this phase of training, bringing with them on-site operational experience and requirements for future upgrades.
Theoretical Enhancement:
On March 20, the Inner Mongolian team engaged in in-depth discussions with RTZK's technical experts throughout the day. During the training, the engineering team shared their expertise comprehensively, covering topics ranging from mixer principles and recycling drum technology to metering accuracy control and environmental system maintenance, thoroughly explaining the core technologies behind asphalt equipment. Both sides engaged in detailed discussions on key topics such as high-value utilization of construction waste from equipment, efficient operation, and intelligent maintenance, combining theoretical exploration with practical exercises.

On-Site Training:
On the morning of March 21, the technical team traveled to Xiangtan to observe the integrated asphalt plant model 4020 in operation. From raw material feeding to finished product output, and from the environmental system to the intelligent control panel, RTZK experts provided on-site answers to questions, seamlessly integrating theoretical knowledge with practical application.
