OpsScaleIQ Launches AI Platform That Turns Franchise Customer Reviews Into Operational Tasks Across single to 10,000+ Locations
OpsScaleIQ, an operational intelligence platform for multi-location franchise operators, has officially launched with the goal of solving a persistent problem in franchise operations: the disconnect between what customers say in online reviews and what location managers do about it.The platform ingests customer reviews from Google, Yelp, Trustpilot, and TripAdvisor and uses AI classification to sort each review into one of 25 operational failure categories including food quality, cleanliness, staff behavior, service speed, order accuracy, facility maintenance, billing errors, and more. The classification system spans 22 industry-specific vertical taxonomies, meaning a QSR restaurant review is categorized differently than a fitness studio or auto repair shop review.
Actionable reviews are automatically converted into tasks assigned to the responsible location manager, with severity-based SLA deadlines and a requirement for photo proof of resolution. Severity 3 issues such as health and safety concerns carry a 4-hour resolution window. Severity 2 issues such as recurring service failures carry a 48-hour deadline. Every task includes an audit trail documenting when it was created, assigned, acknowledged, and resolved.
The platform also introduces OpsScore, a composite operational health metric scored 0 to 100 that combines review sentiment, task resolution speed, SLA compliance, and response coverage into a single benchmarkable number per location. Franchise operators can compare OpsScore across all locations to identify underperformers and prioritize interventions before operational issues compound into rating declines.
"Franchise operators have had reputation tools that show them the problem and operations tools that manage internal checklists, but nothing that connects the two," said Darshil Patel, founder of OpsScaleIQ. "A low-star review about cold food at a franchise location should result in an assigned task for the shift manager with a deadline and documented proof of resolution. That loop did not exist before OpsScaleIQ."
Additional platform capabilities include Auto-Pilot AI review responses that draft and publish replies in the operator's brand voice, SOP playbook generation tied to specific failure categories, shift pattern heatmaps that visualize complaint density by day of week and time of day, multi-location benchmarking across all operational KPIs, SMS review request campaigns, a Content Pipeline that generates AI-powered social collages from top-rated reviews, franchise compliance exports as one-click PDF reports for franchisor audits, and a Brand Portal that gives franchise corporate headquarters visibility into all franchisee locations without accessing individual accounts.
Role-based access control supports four roles: Owner, Regional Manager, Store Manager, and Corporate Auditor. Enterprise plans include SSO and SAML integration with Okta, Azure AD, and Google Workspace.
OpsScaleIQ serves franchise operators across QSR and fast casual, fitness and wellness, auto repair, hospitality, casual dining, retail, healthcare, salons and beauty, education, home services, pet services, and professional services verticals. The platform supports operators managing anywhere from 5 to 5,000 or more locations.
Pricing starts at 79 dollars per month billed annually for a single location with a 14-day free trial, scaling through Essential at 239 dollars per month for up to 5 locations with 5 seats, Growth at 479 dollars per month for up to 10 locations with 30 seats, and custom Enterprise pricing for larger franchise groups with unlimited locations and seats.
A free reputation audit tool is available at opsscaleiq.com/free-audit, allowing any multi-location operator to see their review health analysis in 60 seconds with no signup required.

OpsScaleIQ is the operational intelligence platform for multi-location franchise operators, serving businesses managing anywhere from single to 10,000 or more locations. Founded by Darshil Patel, the company was built to solve a gap that exists across the franchise industry: reputation tools monitor customer reviews but never create operational tasks from them, and operations tools manage internal checklists but have no connection to customer feedback.
OpsScaleIQ bridges both sides. The platform ingests reviews from Google, Yelp, Trustpilot, and TripAdvisor, uses AI to classify each review into one of 25 operational failure categories across 22 industry verticals, and automatically converts actionable reviews into tasks assigned to location managers with SLA deadlines and photo proof requirements. A composite score called OpsScore tracks operational health from 0 to 100 per location, enabling franchise operators to benchmark every location and prioritize interventions.
The platform serves franchise operators across QSR and fast casual, fitness and wellness, auto repair, hospitality, casual dining, retail, healthcare, salons and beauty, education, home services, pet services, and professional services. Additional capabilities include Auto-Pilot AI review responses, SOP playbook generation, shift pattern heatmaps, multi-location benchmarking, SMS campaigns, franchise compliance exports, and a Brand Portal for franchise corporate headquarters.
OpsScaleIQ is headquartered in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Pricing starts at 79 dollars per month billed annually. A free reputation audit tool is available at opsscaleiq.com/free-audit.
