Tricorner Group Partners with Centerfield Capital, Petra Capital Partners, and Source Capital to Invest in Leading Telecom Services Platform

March 26, 2026 - Tricorner Group, a lower middle market independent sponsor, announced today that it has completed an investment in KCI Telecommunications ("KCI" or the "Company"), a premier provider of telecommunications engineering, installation, data center support, and network management services. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The investors intend to assist management to accelerate the growth of the Company through expanding its reach into new markets and via strategically sound add-on acquisitions.

The investment was made in partnership with Centerfield Capital Partners, Petra Capital Partners, and Source Capital, three established SBIC capital partners with deep experience investing in and building lower middle market companies. KCI's existing management team, led by CEO Jarred Worth and founders Kevin Carpenter and Henry Graham, retained meaningful ownership interests and will continue to lead day-to-day operations.

Founded in 2002, KCI has established itself as a trusted partner to some of the largest telecommunications companies in the world, providing comprehensive end-to-end services including network installation, engineering support, resource management, and managed services across the United States.
