The training addresses specific issues from everyday leadership and work life and translates them into experiential exercises. The focus is on personalized learning opportunities: participants are given opportunities to consciously reflect on their communication, their teamwork, and their self-management, and to derive next steps.

Individual coaching complements the offering as a format for personal development, clarification, and targeted support in individual situations. Portapatet offers both in-person sessions and virtual coaching for this purpose.
