As an important equipment for storing, managing and supplying specific gases, special gas cabinets/gas supply systems are relatively widely used in the semiconductor industry. A variety of gases are required in the semiconductor manufacturing process, such as gas chemicals, inert gases and high-purity gases, which play a key role in semiconductor lithography, etching, thin film deposition, ion implantation, cleaning, doping oxidation diffusion and other process links.
