Premium Visa Surrogacy Programs in Mexico: Low Cost Surrogacy

San Diego, CA - March 18th 2026 - Extraordinary Conceptions, a U.S. based surrogacy and egg donation agency headquartered in San Diego, has been working with medical professionals and reproductive partners in Mexico for the past eight years as part of its international surrogacy and egg donation programs. Extraordinary Conceptions announced the expansion of its Mexico-based surrogacy programs, including hybrid surrogacy journeys for less than $100,000 USD where surrogates with valid visas travel to fertility clinics chosen by intended parents in the United States or Canada for embryo transfer.

Cross-border surrogacy programs involve IVF treatment and embryo creation at clinics in the U.S. or Canada, safely shipping their embryos to Mexico and continue their surrogacy journey there until the birth.

Program coordination includes:

• Matching with qualified surrogates participating in programs in Mexico
• Visa and travel coordination for surrogates traveling internationally, including
support from an Extraordinary Conceptions international coordinator as the
surrogate companion and medical/ travel translator
• Medical collaboration between fertility specialists, obstetric providers, and
reproductive professionals across borders
• Legal support and representation throughout the surrogacy process, including
assistance with obtaining the baby's legal documentation in Mexico
• Case management and program coordination throughout the entire surrogacy
journey, from embryo transfer through birth and preparation of documents for the
family to return home with their baby.

Mexico has drawn increasing interest within the global fertility sector due its growing network of reproductive medicine professionals and affordable surrogacy
prices.

According to Extraordinary Conceptions, the agency's Mexico programs have expanded over the past eight years as more intended parents explore international options for fertility care and low-cost surrogacy.
