Jefferson Fit welcomes Shine IV Drip Spa to new downtown Sarasota location

Jefferson Fit, a full-service fitness and recovery center in downtown Sarasota, is welcoming Shine IV Drip Spa to its new location, bringing IV hydration and wellness therapy services to the facility.
The addition expands Jefferson Fit's lineup of recovery and wellness services and supports the gym's goal of offering members a complete training and recovery experience in one location.
Shine IV Drip Spa offers IV hydration therapy and vitamin injections designed to support energy, recovery, immune function, hydration, cellular health and overall wellness. Treatments deliver carefully selected vitamins, minerals and amino acids directly into the bloodstream for fast absorption and efficient use by the body. Services are administered by registered nurses and tailored to individual wellness goals.

Jefferson Fit combines strength training, cardio, boutique group fitness classes and advanced recovery therapies including cold plunge, sauna, red light therapy and compression therapy. The addition of IV therapy continues the facility's commitment to providing members with a comprehensive wellness experience.
