Sharpe Properties Closes $5.27 Million Hialeah Portfolio, Adds Apartments to Growing South Florida Holdings

HIALEAH, FL (February 24, 2026) Sharpe Properties, a family-run commercial real estate company in South Florida, has closed on a four-building portfolio in Hialeah for $5,269,000. The deal was done off-market. It adds 12,363 square feet of residential space and 7,708 square feet of industrial space to the company's holdings, bringing total square footage under management to roughly 525,838 across Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.

The portfolio covers three properties in south Hialeah. Dos Palmas Apartments, at 615 to 649 East 2nd Avenue, is a pair of quadplexes with eight units total. Vista Flora Apartments, at 2712 West 10th Avenue, is a 12-unit building that was fully leased at closing. Buena Vista Warehouse, at 1035 to 1065 SE 9th Court, is a 7,500-square-foot industrial building with two bays.

Barry Sharpe, Mason Sharpe, and Brian Sharpe, the three principals of Sharpe Properties, made the purchase together. The deal came in at $191 per square foot across the combined 27,568-square-foot portfolio.
