IntraManager A/S delivers strong 2025 results and strengthens its international position

Growth, improved earnings, and rising international interest mark a strong year for the Funen-based SaaS company IntraManager A/S.

IntraManager A/S today presents a strong annual report for 2025, marked by continued growth, improved profitability, and a strengthened foundation for international scaling.

The company, which develops and sells People Engagement Software for contact centres, closes the year with strong progress across key metrics. Profit for the year amounts to DKK 1.5 million, an increase of 39.6% compared with 2024. Equity at year end amounts to DKK 4.2 million, corresponding to growth of 54.6%.

For Management, the annual report reflects IntraManager A/S ability to combine strong product quality with a focused effort to build a more resilient and scalable business.

IntraManager A/S was established in 2011 and in 2018 completed a strategic transformation from a consulting and development business into a focused SaaS company. Since 2021, the company has had 100% subscription based revenue and now operates on stable recurring income with a focus on long term value creation.

In 2025, Management continued the strategic work initiated in 2024 to strengthen the company's resilience and scalability, including reducing revenue concentration risk and distributing ARR across more customers and markets. At the same time, the company continued its internationalisation.

Today, IntraManager A/S delivers software from Funen to customers in eight countries, while its software is used in more than 35 countries. The company is also seeing a growing number of enquiries from across Europe.

The company remains bootstrapped and financed through operations and the owners' capital contributions, with an ownership group consisting solely of active owner managers.

For 2026, IntraManager A/S expects continued growth in recurring revenue and a sustained focus on profitable operations, supported by an expanded product roadmap, continued internationalisation, and new partnerships.
