SmashClub Launches Seamless Playtomic Integration - Turning Booking Platform Visitors Into Loyal Padel Club Regulars

Limassol, Cyprus - March 2026 - SmashClub (smashclub.io), a zero-touch loyalty and retention platform for padel clubs, has launched its full seamless integration with Playtomic, the world's largest padel booking platform.
The integration allows padel clubs to automatically capture player data from Playtomic bookings and convert one-time visitors into returning members - without any manual effort from club staff.
Padel is the fastest-growing sport in the world, yet clubs face a critical challenge: booking aggregators bring traffic, but players remain loyal to the platform, not the club. Clubs have no direct relationship with their players, no behavioral data, and no way to drive repeat visits.
SmashClub solves this by working on top of Playtomic - not replacing it. The platform layers automated loyalty mechanics, tournament management, and personalized engagement directly onto a club's existing booking flow.

Key results from live deployments across Cyprus and the UAE include a 31% increase in player retention, 43% growth in off-peak bookings, and 2.4x higher booking frequency among loyalty program members. Clubs report an average of 800 to 2,800 EUR in additional revenue per court per week.
SmashClub's modules include an automated Loyalty Engine with points and rewards, Americano and Mexicano tournament formats that fill off-peak slots, a white-label club app, WhatsApp integration for booking reminders and rescheduling, a landing page generator, and B2B corporate league management.
The platform is built specifically for padel. Unlike generic loyalty solutions, SmashClub tracks social graphs between players, provides geofenced skill rankings locked to each club, and syncs directly with booking platform data. Pricing is fixed at 6,000 EUR per year with no commissions.
SmashClub is currently live with clubs in Cyprus and the UAE, with expansion planned across Europe and the Gulf region in 2026.
