Arbour Hotel & Residence Pattaya, in collaboration with YPS, presents Summer Pilates on the Beach, a 2-day, 1-night wellness retreat designed to recharge the body, calm the mind, and bring people together through movement and mindful living.

Taking place 28-29 March 2026, this first-time collaboration unites the Bangkok and Pattaya communities through a shared wellnesscation experience. Set in a stylish seaside setting, the retreat blends Pilates, restorative wellness rituals, and social connection to create a refreshing escape from daily life.

Participants will enjoy sunset Pilates by the beach, energizing morning run and Pilates sessions, sound healing and ice bath therapy, and calming sunset rituals with rooftop views. A welcome gathering at Level 23 and a creative Fluffy Beads workshop offer opportunities to connect, unwind, and build new friendships in an uplifting atmosphere.
