Shares of Fiserv, Inc. (NYSE: FI) declined from $144.18 per share on July 24, 2025, to as low as $64.52 per share on October 30, 2025.

According to that complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin the plaintiff alleges that the defendants violated Federal Securities Laws.
