JustCRM focuses on centralized multichannel control for online retailers

Mainz, February 23, 2026 - The ERP/CRM solution JustCRM (www.justcrm.eu) is further expanding its focus on the centralized control of multichannel e-commerce processes. The aim is to provide online retailers with a uniform platform for managing product data, inventory, billing, and customer communication across multiple sales channels. JustCRM already supports cross-channel product management for WooCommerce, eBay, and Hood. Product data is maintained and synchronized centrally, while inventory levels are tracked in real time across the entire system. This helps to avoid overselling and significantly simplifies processes. Invoicing is also handled centrally within the system. OSS tax regulations for EU mail order are automatically taken into account and implemented uniformly. Tax requirements can thus be mapped consistently across all channels.

An additional efficiency factor is automatic bank reconciliation. Incoming payments--especially for purchases on account--are assigned and posted by the system. This allows payment processes to be controlled efficiently and transaction fees for external payment gateways to be reduced.

The integration of Amazon is currently in the beta phase. Item updates are already possible. Access to invoice data is currently still in preparation and will be added in a further development step. A key component of the system architecture is centralized customer communication. In addition to complete email processing, JustCRM also supports telephony documentation, SMS integration, and the integration of WhatsApp into communication processes. WooCommerce can use the system as a mail gateway, invoices for eBay customers are sent directly from the CRM, and manual quotes and invoices can also be created with a uniform appearance. All communication channels are centrally documented and directly linked to customer and order data.

In addition, the predecessor model "Billtano" will continue to be offered as a standalone app with the previous pricing structure. Smaller companies or individual users can start with this and migrate to JustCRM as their needs grow--for example, when several employees need to work in the system. The multichannel strategy is modular in design and prepared for the connection of additional marketplaces and sales channels. JustCRM is thus positioning itself as a central control platform for growing online retail structures, with the aim of reducing technical complexity and bundling processes in a sustainable manner.
