TEMOS attests Junomedical high quality standards in international medical travel

Digital health startup received internationally renowned Temos accreditation for meeting strict quality criteria in medical travel coordination.

The international medical travel platform received the certificate and quality seal for its “Quality in International Medical Travel Coordination”.

Especially when patients are browsing online for information on medical treatments abroad, they can find it difficult to tell whether a facilitator is legitimate. Temos helps patients to recognize which medical travel providers are reliable and trustworthy.

Junomedical has been certified for providing patients with transparent information on medical treatments, hospitals and doctors worldwide, assuring strict data protection according to EU/German legislation, and offering assistance throughout the entire treatment journey of the patient.

One of the major drivers in receiving the Temos accreditation is Junomedical’s proprietary hospital scoring system. It objectively assesses hospitals to ensure the highest standards in quality, and evaluates 80 different quality criteria. Only those hospitals that achieve a certain threshold across all criteria get shortlisted. Among others, the Junomedical scoring algorithm evaluates the hospital in terms of accreditations, certifications, doctoral memberships, transparency, internationality, openness to medical tourism and internal and external reviews.
