AI Competence Academy
As a pan-European network, the Academy focuses on consolidating and systematically sharing knowledge about AI applications, strategies, and challenges. At the same time, it strengthens peer-to-peer exchange among AI decision-makers to share best practices and accelerate collective learning processes.
Overview of the Formats
1. AI Workshops
Practice-oriented intensive workshops that train participants in key topics of AI application, methodology, and leadership skills, such as Potential of AI Workshops, GEO & AIEO Trainings, and AI Skills for Leaders.
Focus: Immediate applicability in day-to-day business operations.
2. AI Practice Labs
Experimental hands-on sessions in which realistic AI scenarios are tested collaboratively. Ideal for teams and managers aiming to operationalize AI projects.
3. AI Coachings
Individual and team-based coaching sessions with recognized AI experts to support concrete challenges, decision-making processes, or change initiatives as on-the-job training.
4. AI Strategy Labs
Strategy-focused labs for executives who want to develop AI roadmaps, governance models, and scalable transformation strategies. These formats combine strategic thinking with concrete implementation.
The AI Practice Circle deliberately differs from traditional training programs or one-time events: it is a working format in which participants contribute their own experiences, challenges, and use cases, and learn directly from peers facing similar challenges. The focus is on practical application rather than theory, on exchange rather than presentations, and on collaborative learning instead of passive consumption.
