Carbon Studio S.A. begins production of Real Boxing VR: Road to Riyadh in cooperation with Vivid Games S.A.; in parallel, the Company is developing a prototype of its original project Wild Roads funded by IPK

Carbon Studio S.A. entered into an agreement on 17 February 2026 with Vivid Games S.A. regarding the production of the VR game Real Boxing VR: Road to Riyadh. The production of the title will be fully financed by the Publisher, and the game will be jointly published by Vivid Games and Carbon Studio. According to the project schedule, the title is expected to be released through VR-dedicated distribution channels in the first half of 2027.

"Real Boxing VR: Road to Riyadh is a very important project for us. For years we have been building expertise in delivering intense, refined VR experiences, and we will now use it in a recognizable brand with global potential. Vivid Games is a strong partner-it brings an excellent title and brand, while we focus on what we do best: production quality and fully VR-native gameplay," commented the Management Board of Carbon Studio.

The agreement is aligned with Carbon Studio's strategy of expanding its production activity and cooperating with experienced market partners on large VR projects. The Company emphasizes that work on the title will be carried out with a focus on a high level of immersion and the quality for which Carbon Studio is recognized in the VR market.

At the same time, Carbon Studio continues to develop its own IP. The Company has received information that the project has been qualified for funding under the Video Games Support Programme 2026 run by the Institute of Creative Industries (Instytut Przemysłów Kreatywnych, IPK). The granted funds will be used to prepare a prototype of an exploration game under the codename Wild Roads-a project focused on the atmosphere of travel and discovery, developed as an original studio initiative. In parallel, the Company is also focusing on delivering a high-quality vehicle-driving experience and steering-wheel support-Carbon Studio has started cooperation with Logitech to provide players with a high standard and solid hardware support for its titles.

"Wild Roads represents the other end of our portfolio: an original, atmospheric project in which we focus on mood, mystery, and exploration. The prototype will allow us to finalize key assumptions and test the core experience. We will share details gradually-we want this road to keep its mystery for a little longer," added the Management Board of Carbon Studio.

In addition, Carbon Studio continues work on the R&D project MAGOS financed by PARP, as well as on the announced Project Hermes, which is in an advanced stage of production. The Company is executing subsequent planned development milestones of the title, focusing on refining key gameplay elements and the overall quality of the experience. Work is progressing in line with the adopted schedule and, as of the publication date of this release, the Company does not identify any changes to the project delivery plan.
