Record year and AI milestones for Threedy: Customer base more than doubled and expansion into new industries and markets

Darmstadt, Germany - January 30, 2026 - Threedy, an industry-leading technology company that helps Global 2000 companies rethink industrial 3D, looks back on a record year: The company more than doubled its customer base last year while significantly expanding its market presence beyond its established and strong position in the automotive industry. Threedy is thus gaining additional momentum in new segments such as industrial engineering, agricultural technology, and the railway industry.

In addition to its continued success in the automotive sector, Threedy has established new business relationships with leading industrial companies, including Daimler Truck, Grimme, Hella, and MAN. At the same time, Threedy has launched joint innovation projects with customers such as ÖBB Infra, Schaeffler, and Robert Bosch to develop new use cases along the product life cycle from engineering and sales to manufacturing and service.

Business with existing customers was also further expanded. Threedy is extending its collaboration with renowned partners and customers such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, and TRUMPF, thereby underlining the strategic relevance of its platform as a scalable infrastructure for the productive use of 3D data and spatial computing in industrial applications.

Parallel to its growth, Threedy has taken decisive steps in 2025 to expand instant3Dhub into a 3D data bridge for industrial AI: The goal is to provide heterogeneous CAD, PLM, PDM, and ERP data in such a way that AI systems can use it in a structured, fine-grained, semantically enriched, and real-time manner instead of getting stuck in proprietary formats and data silos.
