Small Businesses Can Now Reply to DMs Across 4 Platforms With One AI

LAS VEGAS - A new tool called ChatGenius now handles customer messages on Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, and SMS using a single AI system.

The problem it solves is simple: small business owners get flooded with DMs but can't afford to hire someone to respond around the clock. Most turn to chatbots, which create their own problems.

"Traditional chatbots are annoying," said Jared Rice, who built ChatGenius with co-founder Kyce Hanna. "A customer sends three questions and gets three separate replies. It makes businesses look robotic."

ChatGenius takes a different approach. When multiple messages come in, it waits, reads everything, and sends one response that addresses all of it. The AI also remembers previous conversations. If a customer mentioned their budget was $5,000 last month, the system knows that next time they reach out.

Voice messages, common on Instagram, get transcribed automatically instead of ignored. Photos customers send are analyzed so the AI can respond intelligently.

The tool supports 13 languages without any setup. A message in Spanish gets a reply in Spanish.

For leads that go quiet, the system sends follow-ups that reference the original conversation rather than generic "just checking in" messages.

Pricing starts free with 10 conversations per month. Paid plans run $29 to $297 monthly depending on volume.

ChatGenius works with Google Calendar for appointment booking and syncs with GoHighLevel CRM.
