On the other side, cost-down is reshaping adoption curves: some players have deployed end-to-end solutions into ~RMB 100,000 vehicle price bands, achieving city NOA and "parking-to-parking" productization with camera-first and relatively low compute-end-to-end is no longer a premium-only selling point.

Technological drivers have shifted from "human-like driving" to "scalable capability production." World models and reinforcement learning are increasingly used to address long-tail scenarios and data bottlenecks-for example, an end-to-end roadmap that interacts with a world model to train via reinforcement learning in an online interactive simulation environment, reducing reliance on real-world scenario data while improving generalization.
