Family Learning Organization (FLO) Appoints Carleen Horton-Varner, PMP as Executive Director

SPOKANE, WA - February 1, 2026 - Family Learning Organization (FLO), a premier provider of homeschool testing and support services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Carleen Horton-Varner, PMP, as its new Executive Director.
Mrs. Horton-Varner joins the leadership team with an extensive background in strategic planning and business management, including key roles at Blue Cross of Idaho and Sutter Health. Renowned for her innovative problem-solving and a proven track record of driving growth, she is poised to bring fresh energy and a strategic perspective to FLO's mission.
