The IPO comprised a fresh issue of equity shares amounting to INR 4,200.00 million and an offer for sale of INR 2,244.48 million.

KSH International commenced operations in 1981 by manufacturing magnets winding wire in Taloja, Raigad, in Maharashtra. Over the past four decades, the company has diversified its operations to manufacture a wide range of standard and specialised magnet winding wires tailored to customer-specific requirements. KSH International is the third-largest manufacturer of magnet winding wires in India in terms of production capacity (Fiscal 2025) and the largest exporter of magnet winding wires from India in terms of export revenues in Fiscal 2025.
