SubSeat is being built by a founding team with experience across commercial strategy and technology. Technical development and product architecture are led by Ed, Chief Technology Officer, who oversees platform reliability, scalable subscription mechanics, and engineering quality. Commercial strategy, partnerships, and front-end growth are led by founder Aaron Nicholson, focusing on market adoption and aligning the platform with the operational realities of service-led businesses.
The company is currently in development and onboarding via a waitlist, working closely with early service providers to refine subscription rules, booking flows, and usage models.
