But interestingly, over 85% of the clinicians surveyed mentioned they need more training to use AI properly and responsibly.

Also, while some organizations noticed improvements early on, only 42% reported seeing any real, widespread benefits from their AI projects. They pointed to regulatory issues, old systems, and changing care delivery methods as ongoing challenges.

The study highlights that to really see long-term benefits, it's crucial to align AI strategies with operational goals, upgrade infrastructure, and keep executive support strong.
