AI can do everything except personality or why perfection is no longer convincing today

When Laura Stein, HR strategist at an international company, left her apartment that morning, she had every reason to be confident. She had been involved in a complex transformation process for three years. Now the project had been nominated for a prestigious industry award.

To beat three other candidates, Laura had to present her project to a panel of experts. She had rehearsed, polished and condensed. Clearly structured content, clean transitions, precise timing. Her performance seemed well-rounded - almost like something out of a textbook. Or like from an AI.
