Nebraska Cannabis Trade Alliance Forms to Advance Nebraska's Medical Cannabis Program

The Nebraska Cannabis Trade Alliance announced its formation this week as a statewide organization dedicated exclusively to advancing a safe, compliant, and patient-first medical cannabis system in Nebraska.

The Alliance was created to support the responsible implementation of Nebraska's medical cannabis framework with a clear focus on health care, patient access, and regulatory integrity. Its members are committed to working collaboratively with regulators, health professionals, and policymakers to ensure that medical cannabis in Nebraska is treated first and foremost as a health care issue, not a commercial trend.

At the core of the Alliance's mission is a strong emphasis on compliance. The organization supports rigorous licensing standards, transparent oversight, and strict adherence to state rules governing cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution of medical cannabis.
