At just 22 years old, Cameron Panuska-known online as @444plug-is steadily forcing his name into rooms most people never access. Turning 23 this December, Panuska owns and operates multiple ventures across music, technology, marketing, and asset management, while publicly standing on principles that many avoid for the sake of convenience.
He is not competing with young men his age, he is competing with the fathers of young men his age.

Panuska is the founder of Triple Four Records, an independent rap label structured around ownership, leverage, and modern distribution. Alongside it, he operates Triple Four Asset Management, a private capital entity emphasizing conviction-based positioning and long-term returns.

That strategy drew loud attention after Panuska advised artist management connected to Lil Pump-specifically Dooney-to acquire 5,000 shares of NVIDIA at approximately $96 per share, a position valued near $500,000 at the time. The stock later peaked at $202.89 per share on October 30, effectively growing the position by another half million dollars.

The trade became a turning point: high-ranking entrepreneurs who typically dismiss young founders could not ignore the outcome. After years of underground work, the young serial hustler demanded respect and was given it.

After upsetting over 70 so called " blue hair goblins " Cameron crowned himself the New York mayor leaving them red hot engulfed in flames. Cameron decided nothing cancel culture has to say really matters so he makes weekly announcements under his new mayor title. He says we must stay levelheaded however it is very amusing and a game he cannot stop playing.
In tech, Panuska is the founder of GoblinReach.ai, an automation and outreach platform designed to help modern businesses scale attention and engagement efficiently. The platform reflects his broader operating philosophy: systems over status, leverage over noise.

His public profile expanded rapidly after his first-ever video collaboration with News4Updates, a Canadian independent journalist with 1.6 million followers. The video surpassed 560,000 views and 30,000 likes, marking Panuska's first viral exposure and introducing him to a global audience. Having hundreds of "mothers and fathers support me that I have never met " was a career altering moment after receiving small support from friends and family. Instead of using people that knew him, Cameron blocked hundreds of people to work in silence plotting something massive.

But Cameron Panuska's narrative is not built solely on business.

He is also the founder of OurFutureIs.Youth, a charitable initiative inspired by Red Line Auto Collision in Maspeth, Long Island, created to support children and community recovery. The charity followed an earlier initiative, Homies Against Predators, reflecting a consistent throughline in Panuska's work: protecting those who cannot protect themselves.

That stance became explicit when Panuska publicly expressed support for Eric Arthur, whom he referred to as "nothing short of a superhero" for his work confronting predators. Panuska has been clear: he does not ask for permission to stand on his morals-but he does ask for support. He has openly stated that if a business partner exits his ecosystem over these positions, they were never meant to work together in the first place.

Panuska's recent video also revealed frustration with the state of New York itself-where he was born and raised. He questioned what he views as misaligned priorities, citing personal experiences such as receiving costly tint citations despite having lighter tint than vehicles operated by officers issuing the tickets. For Panuska, the issue is not the fine-it's the symbolism of a system he believes is deteriorating while ignoring deeper problems.

That perspective ties into another pillar of his life: an anti-victim mentality. Panuska has repeatedly emphasized accountability, discipline, and endurance-values he backed publicly by completing a 360 out of 365-day gym check-in streak in a single year, ending only after suffering a broken wrist while snowboarding.

Despite the growing spotlight, Panuska remains direct about his long-term vision. He has publicly stated that 2026 will be the year his "kingdom is built so tall nothing can remove it." Those close to him describe someone less interested in validation and more focused on permanence-assets, systems, and moral lines that do not shift with convenience.

Whether viewed as a music executive, a technologist, a capital allocator, or a cultural disruptor, Cameron Panuska represents a rising winner. A founder who blends execution with conviction-and is willing to accept consequences for both.

And for the people now watching closely, the message is clear: this is not a moment. He is building a empire for family members that have not yet been born.
