HONG KONG - December 15, 2025 - Bastion Commonwealth Investment Bank (BCIB) today announced that Bastion Commonwealth IB (HK) Limited, a Hong Kong-incorporated company, has formally joined the Bastion Commonwealth Investment Bank international group as a member entity, strengthening BCIB's regional coordination capabilities and institutional engagement across Hong Kong, mainland China, and the Greater China region.

As a Hong Kong member company within the BCIB group, Bastion Commonwealth IB (HK) Limited will support cross-border coordination, institutional relationships, corporate engagement, and international financial structuring initiatives, operating in accordance with applicable local laws, regulatory frameworks, and internal governance standards.

The Hong Kong member entity is led by Mr. Andy Wong, Managing Director, who brings extensive experience in regional corporate advisory, cross-border coordination, and institutional engagement across Hong Kong and Greater China.
